I order bacon crisp and it came out limp.
The majority of time this happens, something will be wrong. I immediately noticed my least favourite thing about servers: No order pad. She walked by my table several times before finally coming for my order. I decided on the 55+ 2+2+2 (Pancakes, eggs, bacon) and set my menu aside and waited. She took my drink order and returned it in a timely fashion and asked if I was ready to order. My server (Jasmine) was slow and a person of few words and not terribly helpful. I also notice the smell was definitely coming from the restaurant itself and they had the temperature set pretty cold (a family with 2 young girls came in and left a few minutes after being seated complaining about the cold.) After waiting for almost 5 minutes, one of the hosts seemed to finally notice I was there and took me too a table. noticed a foul odor that smelled of rotten food or possibly sewage but couldn't tell if it was the restaurant, an employee, or a patron. When I arrived, there were several employees milling around the front a couple at the cash register trying to figure out a problem and others hanging around the host podium. I'll preface this by saying I visited during COVID-19 pandemic.
